Hotel is nice and up to date
I loved that it was close to the airport and you can take the free shuttle. The people are super kind and friendly. I also could store my luggage for the day.

We returned to the UK from LA and we all agreed that this hotel was the best one we've had the pleasure to stay at. The staff shine bright here, so very helpful. The hotel is perfectly clean, the pool is stunning. Cannot fault this hotel whatsoever.

Shuttle 24/7
I booked "kings suit with higher floor", they gave me a room on 3d floor with 2 separated beds. I asked then if ia can have what i've paid for. Their reply was that they don't have the room vailable anymore. Question: why I paid more to have better?!

The breakfast was amazing & the staff was very helpful & accommodating.
Staff were very friendly. Especially’Joe’ the porter…..he is awesome! Bed was super comfortable. Free shuttle was a bonus. Could not get a late checkout however they kept our bags for over 7hrs and let us use the bathrooms and hang around in the foyer until we were ready to get the shuttle to the airport. Foyer area is spacious, comfortable and has charging ports throughout. McDonald’s is right out front, Denny’s and Starbucks within walking distance as well as a servo/convenience store next door. We walked down to the rail/tram from the Holiday Inn. Not too far and convenient to get to Santa Monica or CBD (about an hr each trip). Just need to be very aware of your surroundings. Lots of homeless and mental health persons about……quite sad and very prominent in the area. If you wanted to catch a Waymo (self driving taxi), you need to walk about 20 minutes to the nearest area they collect you.

We arrived close to midnight and were grateful for the free 24-hour shuttle service that runs a loop service between the hotel and airport terminal every half hour. The check in was efficient, with a friendly staff. The breakfast buffet was reasonably good.
